Caparra Self Storage: the family business
In 1994 our grandfather opened this business in the Mario Juliá industrial park. More than thirty years later the third generation of the family runs it, in the same place and with the same idea: that people around here should have somewhere to keep their things and always deal with someone who knows them.
Three generations, one place
In 1994 this was a lot with a handful of roll-up doors. Our grandfather built it one unit at a time, and every expansion since has been decided by the family, sitting in the same office where we still take your call.
We have been in the same spot for decades. We know this facility because we walk it every day. When you call, you get someone from the family or someone who has worked with the family for years, and that person knows exactly which unit is free and what fits in it.
That is why access is genuinely 24/7 and why the forklift is free. These are not marketing promotions: they are decisions made by people who know a move does not end at 6 p.m. and a boat engine does not get lifted by hand.

Access at any hour and a forklift included. Both exist so you do not lose a workday moving boxes.
The hours, as a picture
Your unit has no hours. It opens when you arrive.
Access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Late night, Sunday or holiday: you get in with your code, at no extra cost and without asking anyone.
